How is the Machinery Powered?

The blast unit requires a 3 phase 63 amp power supply all of our vehicles have thier own 65KVA generators to power our equipment

How Heavy is the Equipment?

The dust extraction unit weighs 570 kilos and the blast head weighs 560 kilos

What about waste?

All dust and debris is collected in our extraction units and emptied into suitable skips on site, all waste is non-hazardous.

What about noise levels?

The level of noise at the blast head measures 85 db(a) depending upon the site circumstances, the machine operator and persons working near must wear sound insulating equipment.

How quick is the blasting operation?

On new concrete and large open areas 2000 M2 in a day can easily be achieved.

What about dust caused by the equipment?

All equipment is fitted with the best dust extraction units on the market at this moment and is virtually dust free.
